🚀Set off on an adventure with Odyssée Managériale!
The association’s mission? To explore and share new management behaviors and practices around the world, to rethink and design tomorrow’s organizations 🌍
🌟Clémentine and Vincent, co-presidents of the association, are currently in the middle of their journey!
Their 6-month train journey will take them through 8 European countries: France, Italy, Austria, Lithuania, Estonia, Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands. They will meet around 80 organizations, with the aim of identifying best management practices to disseminate in France to their community.
🌱 This edition also focuses on a novel theme: ecological and social transition.
After 3 months on the road, they have already visited 35 organizations and met over 70 employees in France, Italy, Austria and Lithuania. You can already find their first articles on their social networks.
