ODYSSÉE MANAGÉRIALE
“L’Odyssée Managériale”, a non-profit association under the French law of 1901, aims to explore and share new behaviours and new management practices in all types of organisations around the world. Elodie and Dimitri, students at EM Lyon, will travel the world for six months in order to explore innovative management practices and to identify business and governance models that are a complete break with those we know.
During the journey L’Odyssée Managériale is committed to asking the following questions:
- In the countries visited, what is the degree of questioning/awareness of the ecological and social transition? How does this materialise in terms of concrete actions?
- Are there any legal models emerging for framing CSR intentions in companies, in the same way as the French ” mission-oriented company ” model?
- What innovative models or practices identified within the organisations we met could inspire French companies?
- What cultural barriers, if any, have been encountered to the deployment of a regenerative business model (contributing, through its economic model, to the regeneration of life within the framework of planetary limits)?
“L’Odyssée Managériale”, project is in line with the SOCAPS 3.3.2 RESEARCH objective and will make it possible to examine in greater depth the question of the company model with a mission in the world and to have tools for continuous improvement for SOCAPS’ desire to question innovative management practices in the current and future context.
