We are providing technical assistance to machinery manufacturers and industrial plants in : food and beverage packaging, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries, automatic logistics & assembly, green technologies (circular economy & low carbon equipment).
SOCAPS has 4 offices in France (Rouen, Paris, Grenoble & Blois) and 9 export offices (Atlanta, Singapore, Cape Town, Mexico, Beirut, Cairo, Bologna, Amsterdam, New Dehli) with a network of 820 technicians in 52 countries.
In order to develop our activities in North America, we are looking for a Business Development Manager (M/F) based in our office in Atlanta, USA.
YOUR MISSIONS
As a Business Development Manager (M/F), you report directly to the Sales Director Americas and are in charge of:
- An internal training of 2/3 months shall be organized in France.
- The Business Development Manager is judged on his/her ability to conquer and maintain new customers, find and hire new highly-skilled technicians, and increase the revenue on his/her territory.
- He / She is in charge of new business development in North America region more particularly focusing on Canadian Market.
- He / She is responsible for identifying, interviewing & onboarding new independent contractors (mechanical, electrical, PLC engineers,…) accross North America.
- He/she leads networking actions in order to increase SOCAPS visibility within its industry by participating to tradeshows, conferences, etc…
